Kaempferia parviflora.

Nine flavonoids have been isolated from Kaempferia parviflora. Among
these, 5,7,4'-trimethoxyflavone and 5,7,3',4'-tetramethoxyflavone
exhibited antiplasmodial activity against Plasmodium falciparum. 3,5,7,4'-Tetramethoxyflavone
and compound 8 possessed antifungal activity against Candida albicans, and also showed mild antimycobacterial activity.
