Caviar health benefit by Ray Sahelian, M.D.
Caviar is the salted roe of certain species of fish, most notably the sturgeon. Caviar is marketed as a delicacy and is principally eaten as either a garnish or a spread. Caviar has health benefits since the eggs contain omega-3 fatty acids and phospholipids. See salmon roe for additional info.
Benefit
My impression, based on my personal experience, is that eating caviar on a
regular basis can improve the health of skin.
