I have 2 dogs that need help with arthritis and pain. I too have aches every now again. would you say that the Joint Power Rx supplement formula would do the work for all of us? my one dog is very overweight - on meds for thyroid but not helping. do you suggest anything for him. I would like to send my mother-in-law 2 more bottles of Joint Power Rx. She has noticed an improvement with her arthritis.

Just had to let you know that Joint Power RX has changed my life. Prior to finding this product, I had limited use of my right shoulder and arm. I could not lift my arm above my head nor rotate it toward my back without suffering sever pain. My doctor gave me a cortizone shot and that helped for about two weeks, three weeks later I went back for another shot which did not last two days. A customer of mine recommended I try Joint Power RX as he had similar problems and it helped him. About three months ago I ordered your product and within a week I had full function of my right arm without suffering any pain. It is marvalous and I recommend it to anyone suffering as I have.

I have had left knee pain for many months now with a little bit of swelling. I went to my doctor who gave me vioxx and did an xray which was normal. The vioxx helped a little but then i stopped when i heard all the bad news about it and i got a rash from it. I then took naproxyn and ibuprofen but they only helped a little, too. I had a MRI done which showed degenerative tear of the meniscus and slight necrosis of the top of the tibia with cartilage erosion. My orthopedic doctor told me i wasn't a candidate for surgery and besides acetominophen and antiinflammatories, there was not much. He did say to try glucosamine and chondroitin, so i bought your product. Within 8 days, i can honestly say i have a 70 percent improvement and i can walk easily now whereas before every step would hurt. The women at the retirement home are amazed that i can walk again without a cane.

Please let me know how Cat's claw might effect an insulin dependant diabetic. I have been using your Joint Power Rx with much success, thank you.
   Thank you for the feedback. We did a medical research search and did not come up with any information regarding the influence of cat's claw on blood sugar or diabetes. Cat's claw may have an influence, but we just have not seen such research.

This is my seventh time reordering Joint Power Rx. My dog and I take this supplement, and it keeps us moving!

Is it possible to take Joint Power RX while breast feeding, or are certain of the ingredients contra-indicated.
   We don't suspect there would be problems, but the final decision is up to your doctor. Take care and hope your baby is doing great!

In conversations we've had with a friend about some of the supplement formulas you have developed, Dr. Sahelian mentioned testing them by taking them himself personally. Is this your policy for all of the products you formulate yourself? I was talking with a friend about your Joint Power Rx and told her I thought you had tested it in this way. Please let me know if I've given correct information.
   I have tested on myself almost all supplements except the joint power since I do not have joint pain, I would not be able to tell if it works. But all the others, Passion, Mind, Eyesight, Multi, Good Night, and the individual sex herbs, etc, I have taken. I would not make a product available for sale if I did not think it would work.

I have just ordered Joint Power Rx supplement. But before I take it, I have a question. Is there any danger of a side effect from this product, specifically for liver damage? Last year I took a supplement called Re-lev-it for my inflammatory arthritis and it gave me excellent relief, but I developed liver problems, which I had never had before. Re-lev-it contained curcumin, DL phenylanine, Boswellia Serrata extract, and Nattokinase. The hepatologist was confident that this supplement had damaged my liver, and told me to stop taking it. I stopped, and my liver recovered. But I was not convinced that Re-lev-it was the problem. Now I see that some of these same ingredients are in Joint Power Rx. Is it safe for me to take it?
   As of 2011, it has been 6 years since Joint Power Rx has been on the market and we have not had any reports of side effects at this time. This does not mean we 100 percent guarantee that this product is safe in 100 percent of users. It just means that thus far no reports of side effects have been reported to us regarding this herbal joint product. We doubt the ingredients in Re-lev-it could have caused liver problems, but we are not the examining doctor and we have not seen the lab tests so we can't say.

On the label of Joint Power Rx, it says to take it with or without meals; on the website it says to take it with meals. Does it make any difference? I find it best to take in the morning on an empty stomach. Is this okay?
   Sure, we leave the option open to take Joint Power Rx with or without meals since people have different preferences.

I would like to order the Joint Power Rx formula for my dog. He currently takes 125mg of Lysodren (for an over active adrenal gland) every 2 weeks. Would the supplement interact with the med he's taking? Just wanted to check as my vet is not familiar with Joint Power Rx product.
   We have not had reports of side effects associated with the use of Joint Power Rx but it is not possible for us to know all the potential interactions of this formula with the thousands of supplements and medications that are on the market. We have no reason to suspect any problems but we can't be 100 percent sure.
