I am 20 years old 6'2 about 300lbs and don't have
much time to work out. Is there anything you can suggest for me to take to lose
weight? One more question. What effect will creatine have on my body if I dont

and not working out?
Creatine helps with weight gain, particularly muscle weight when combined with exercise. Creatine use would not help you lose weight overall.
