One such example is Source Naturals. There are others. Are all these other brands high quality. I have heard of Source Naturals and thought it was just one of those mediocre brands on the market, nothing outstanding.

A. Some people feel more fatigued when then take a very high amount of CoQ10 since it may interfere with sleep. We don't think it is necessary to take more than 50 to 100 mg a day.
